Tofu skin rolls are prepared with cooked rice, carrot, cucumber and ham, all rolled in boiled tofu skin.
3 tofu skin
1 bowl of cooked rice
Get all ingredients ready.
Cut veggies and ham into strips.
Slice tofu skin into big cubes.
Boil tofu skin in hot water for 30 minutes-1 minute.
Add 1 1/2 tbsp peanut oil in wok, stir in veggies and ham, cook until done.
Removed and cool.
Place tofu skin flat on plate.
Add cooked rice, veggies and ham.
Roll up, repeat the process until all done!
