50g Chinese mustard
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp honey
Get foods ready first.
Peel radish and halved.
Slice a crack in the middles of radish slightly.
Two more on each side.
Then slice transverse into 0.3cm long, making it like corn.
Marinate with 1/2 tsp salt, do massage with your hand. Discard any liquid.
Boil Chinese mustard with 1/2 tsp salt until tender.
Cool in cold water.
Refrigerate radish with sauce mixture for 1 hour or longer.
