This Chinese style spicy beef yaki udon stir fry recipe is made with beef sirloin slices and yaki udon which is a classic kind of noodle in Japan.

7 oz. yaki udon noodles
5 oz. beef sirloin
1 oz. green pepper
3 oz. green beans, sliced
1 tbsp peanut/vegetables oil
1/5 tsp salt for taste
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp garlic, minced
In a soup pot, heat enough water into a boil. Add yaki udon noodles, separate with chopsticks.
Heat it back into a boil again or until the noodles are soft. Remove and drain thoroughly.
Add oil into a wok at medium heat. Add beef and stir fry until color changed, add green beans and pepper.
Whisk around quickly and stir in salt, dark soy sauce. Stir well until beans are dark green. Add noodles.
Turn heat to low, mix in oyster sauce. Stir around completely or until everything is coated with sauce.
