3-4 oz. lo mein (soft egg noodles)
1/2-1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp peanut oil
1 tsp sesame oil
2-3 stalks green onion, or more
Parboil noodles until soft (2-3 minutes) for shang hai lo mein recipe.
Remove, cool in cold water, drain again and mix well with soy sauce.
Heat peanut oil to hot in a preheat wok; add green onion and sesame oil.
Fry and stir constantly at low heat until green onion is brown and fragrant.
Pour the mixture on the top of lo mein noodles, whisk around before serving.
