Dumpling is a popular and traditional food for Chinese people, especially for Northerner. Dumplings is not only served as a staple food and local snacks, also is a essential food in New Year.

2 cups flour
1 cup corn flour
1 piece dried wood ear
1 handful dry tofu
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp olive oil
