1 cup panda express mandarin sauce
Marinate chicken with 1/2cup sauce, then refrigerate for half an hour with covered.
Preheat your grill. Take out chicken and grill until cooked.
Removed and cool outside, then sliced into strips.
Heat your frying pan hot over low heat, add the remaining sauce, bring to a boil until dissolved.
Pour hot mandarin sauce over chicken strips, serve hot with rice or noodles.
