Mozzarella cheese is prepared with potato, ham and corn. Healthy and easy cooking.
150g mozzarella cheese
5g black pepper
Potato peeled, boil or steamed until done. Then smashed.
Heat butter until dissolved in wok.
Stir fry corn for 15-20 seconds.
Add potato and black pepper. stir around. Removed.
Place fired potato in baking bowels.
Add cheese strips on the top.
Add chopped ham on the top of cheese.
Place in oven, bake until cooked.
