This is a quick and easy Chinese stir fry recipe for busy weeknights, and snow peas brings out their sweet flavor, if you are a fan of spicy food, feel free to add 1/4 tsp chili paste instead of chili flaks.
3 1/2 oz. snow peas
1 tsp slat
1/2 tsp gingerroot
1/2 tsp cloves garlic
1 tsp chili flaks (optional)
2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Use a sharp knife; trim away the ends. Rinse the snow peas, drained.
Preheat wok to medium; add vegetable oil, when the oil is hot, add garlic and ginger, stir fry for few seconds until aromatic.
Add snow peas, stir constantly at high heat until they turn dark green (up to 2 minutes).
Sprinkle the salt over the vegetable, well tossed until blended.
Add red chili flaks just 30 seconds to remove.
Transfer and serve hot with white rice.
