This egg chow fun is a fast homemade dish, serve as night snack or breakfast, and exclude vegetables compared with Cantonese Chow Fun recipe. - 150g vermicelli
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp salt
- Oil for frying
- 1 serving size of vermicelli, soak in warm water until soft.
- Crack egg in a bowl, well mixed.
- Add 2 tbsp oil in wok, pan fried egg until thicken, broken up with chopsticks. Add vermicelli, well tossed.
- Add soy sauce and salt for taste, stirring until all ingredients are coated with sauce. serve hot with a bowl of soup.
