2 medium tomatoes,
4 oz. cabbage
2 century eggs
3 cups water/stock
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp sesame oil
Rinse vegetables, split cabbage into small pieces, cut tomato into dices, and cut egg cross-wise.
Add water or vegetarian stock into soup pot, add tomatoes and bring into a boil at high heat.
Combine together the century egg slices, continue cook until aromatic, about 5 minutes.
Add cabbage leaves; heat it back to a boil again, cook until dark green.
