- 1 big chicken thigh
- 1 orange
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- Slice chicken, marinate with marinade for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
- Squeeze orange juice, and reserve the meat. set in a bowl.
- Bing some water that just cover chicken into hot, add chicken and cook until almost or no more blood. Pour orange juice and simmer over low heat for 5 more minutes. Removed and served with sesame seeds on the top.
