Potato and cheese, creating particular savory flavor, good food to lose weight.
- 800g potato
- 100g cheese
- 2 egg
- 100g ham
- 50g mushroom
- 300g green pea
- 1/2 cup Chinese parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- Boil green peas until tender. Soak mushroom and chopped. Chop ham and parsley.
- Add oil in wok, stir in mushroom for seconds.
- Add ham, stir around until aromatic. Removed.
- Boil/ steam potato, add green peas, then smashed together.
- Mix ham, mushroom, egg, cheese, parsley and salt with potato well. Well whisked.
- Preheat oven to 200, bake potato for 30 minute. Transfer and serve!
